TEEN DRIVER EDUCATION CONTRACT

This agreement is entered into between Eastern Carolina Driving School, LLC, the student, and the student's parent or legal guardian (if under 18 years of age). This contract covers the North Carolina required driver education program including 30 hours of classroom instruction and/or 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training.

POLICIES

Payment Policy: All fees must be paid before services begin. Credit cards, debit cards, and money orders accepted.

Refund Policy: Cancellations 72 hours before class start receive refund minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours receive 50% refund. No refund once services begin.

Missed Driving Appointment: A $50 fee will be charged if canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

DMV Test Disclaimer: Completion of the course does not guarantee passing the DMV examination.

Drug & Alcohol Policy: Zero tolerance. Students under the influence will be removed from the program without refund.

Code of Conduct: Students must respect instructors and follow classroom and driving rules. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal.
